Mark received a bachelor's degree in business administration (emphasis in accounting) from Illinois State University. Mark is a licensed CPA in Arizona.



• Kit M. Fox, CPA, has 25+ years' experience in all areas of tax & financial accounting, including small business franchises and corporate income tax and real estate professionals. Kit received a master's degree in professional accountancy and bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. Kit is licensed as a CPA in Arizona and Mississippi.

Bill Reeves, CPA, has over 15 years' experience in all areas of tax and financial accounting, especially partnerships and franchises. Bill received a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and his MBA from Arizona State University. Bill is licensed as a CPA in Arizona.

Julie Ruiz Zivkovich, Staff Accountant, is our Quickbooks expert. Julie can help you with your Quickbooks set up as well as with any questions about recording transactions or solving problems. She also assists clients with payroll filing and tax matters and prepares both 1040 and business entity returns. Julie is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in accounting.

Debi Wardlaw, Staff Accountant, specializes in and has over 10 years experience in individual income tax and IRS representation. Debi has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix.

Judy Salinas, Office Manager, has 12 years experience with Metzger, Klawon and Fox, PLC. Judy is a graduate of Pima Community College and has an associates' degree in accounting. Judy manages the firm billing and accounts receivable. You may contact Judy for any questions regarding billing.

Vanessa Polanco, Director of Client Services & Development, has 14 years' experience with Metzger, Klawon & Fox, PLC. Vanessa is our Internal Revenue Service and Arizona Department of Revenue liaison. Vanessa received a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix. Vanessa also serves as Executive Assistant to the Partners.

Cami Nau, Front Office Administrative Assistant, joined the Metzger, Klawon & Fox PLC team in the Spring of 2011. She has over 5 years of experience in front office management and administrative work. Cami manages appointments and receives and distributes incoming information to the accounting staff and partners. Cami also manages and distributes all phone messages, fax, mail, and email correspondence to the appropriate team member. Cami is the initial point of contact at our firm, so please feel free to discuss with her your questions, concerns, and needs so we can quickly and effectively provide you the most efficient response by the appropriate staff member.
